What this site is
What We Paid is a non-commercial record of prices that users report having paid for services. Entries are self-reported by anonymous users and are not verified. They are information, not advice, and not a rating of any business.
Your entries
- Only add prices you paid yourself, or that were paid on your behalf for your household.
- Follow the guidelines: describe the work, not the provider.
- One price per business per person. Do not create more than one account.
- Do not add prices for a business you own, work for, or compete with.
- You grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish your entries on the site, under your anonymous handle, and to use them in aggregated statistics.
We can remove any entry and close any account that breaks these terms, without notice.
Businesses
A business listed here may reply to any entry, request a correction of factual details, or request removal, through the report form. Notices are handled by a person and answered with reasons. We remove entries that break our guidelines or that we cannot reasonably believe to be genuine. We do not remove factual price reports because a business dislikes them.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We make no promise that any price is accurate, current or representative. Use it as one input among others when you judge a quote.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top tells you when.
